During the last Optometry’s Meeting held in Boston,  Alcon, a Novartis division, showed a preview of DAILIES TOTAL 1 Multifocal contact lenses, the first and only lens that contains water gradient technology for patients with presbyopia which affects in about 84 million people just in the United States. Furthermore, Alcon presented new parameters for DAILIES TOTAL 1 and DAILIES AquaComfort Plus. Attendees could interact with an e-book whose aim was that of promoting among adults and children the importance of doing regular eye exams in order to fully understand how much eye care is fundamental in our everyday lives.
